据海外网络消息，苹果IPAD2已经投产，比之前的ipad更轻更薄。
ipad2大约重1.6磅，使用类似于碳纤维强力塑料的苹果专利外壳来取代之前ipad所使用的铝制外壳。
ipad2带有一个30万像素的前置摄像头可用于视频会议。
华尔街日报表示，ipad2将有更大的内存，更快的处理器，以及更好的图形处理器。
ipad2的屏幕很可能依然是9.7英寸。
苹果虽然没有透露ipad2的发布日期，但据可靠消息ipad2将在复活节（4月24日）前后开始发售。
苹果在2010年售出1480万台iPad，创造新的市场领域，其竞争对手已纷纷进入。
